忙しなく働く大人も、真面目に振る舞う大人も、この宵だけは別の表情を見せます。宿木の下で愛を確かめ、酒に遊ばれ、賑わう街で過ぎていく年を忘れる。月からこぼれたような雪と、柔らかく光る子供の声によって、祝日の街は一時的に穏やかな場所になります。その中心にあるのは豪華な景色ではなく「部屋の温もり」です。身近なぬくもりで世界まで溶かしてほしいという願いは、個人の小さな幸福を外の社会から切り離さず、むしろそこから広げようとします。
