明けないように思える夜には星を数え、失ったはずの光を探します。語り手自身も憂鬱な夜に歌の中へ溺れ、泡沫の日々の願いを眺めてきたからこそ、見えなくても同じ空の下にいると伝えます。guide と starlight は一方的に引っ張る役ではなく、相手が光へ手を伸ばせるまでそばにいる約束です。
