歌詞の意味
「翻訳なんていらない」と繰り返しながら、同時に「私に訳させて」と何度も言う。一見すると逆向きの二つの言葉が、この歌の面白さを作っている。飛行機を降りたばかりの街で名前を叫ばれ、舞台に立てば言葉より感覚が伝わる、と語る。一方で、相手の言葉を一つも理解できないとも明かす。言語の壁が消えたわけではない。それでも居場所がないとは感じず、身体の動きが相手の言葉になるはずだと信じている。伝える方法を一つに決めず、通じるものを探す姿勢が見える。
