歌詞の意味
ここにいる僕と、そこにいる君は、同じ場所にいない。それでも見渡す空はつながっているという出発点が、離れている二人の距離を別の見方へ変える。空は相手の所在を直接教えるものではないが、二人が同時に見上げられる共通の場所になる。題名の逢おう空と青い空の重なりも、景色を眺めるだけでなく、そこへ再会の願いを置く言葉として働く。違う世界にいるという表現から、別れの理由や相手の生死までは決められない。歌詞が確かに示すのは、再び会うと約束した二人が、それぞれの現在から動こうとしていることだ。
